Current Owner Searches are from the latest Warranty Deed forward. (Searches requiring Easements, Restrictive Covenants, Plat Information, etc. will be considered as 10-Year Searches.)
Ten Year Search
Ten Year Searches include two-owner searches and/or those searches going back 10 years. (This does NOT include a Current Owner Search that goes back 10 years of more.)
Full Search
Full Searches include All searches from Current Owner back 45 years maximum. A Full Search is our most expensive search.

Updates are filled along with other orders for the applicable county. Please call before requesting updates to confirm we can perform it and to get an estimated completion date.
